Clios Technologies LLC operates cliostech.com and the Home Quote AI private United States pilot. Contact cliostechnologies@gmail.com for privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests. This notice covers this website and our API, not the separate services linked from our portfolio.
Website and public demo
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website. The animation preference stays in the current page. Text entered in the public demo is processed by deterministic rules; it is not saved to our application database, turned into a lead or sent to an AI provider. Use fictional examples and omit personal information.
Data in the private pilot
When an authorized agent submits a service request, we receive the problem description, qualification and hazard answers, ZIP code, city or service area when supplied, and request identifiers. Creating a lead additionally requires your name, email, phone number and explicit consent to share the request. We record the consent time, lead price, contractor offers and acceptances. We use this information to qualify and route your requested service, operate the API and support your request. Do not provide passwords, payment details, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Who receives information
With your consent, a qualified lead may be offered to up to three participating contractors. Before acceptance, a contractor sees structured information such as service category, ZIP code, property type and timeframe. Contact details and free text become available to that contractor after acceptance. Sharing is for responding to your service request. We do not use these details for advertising audiences or unrelated marketing. We do not currently collect lead fees; the planned commercial model is contractor payment per accepted lead, which will require separate pricing and payment terms before activation.
Render hosts the application and database. Google Gmail processes support correspondence you send us. If you use a separate agent platform, that platform also processes your interaction under its own privacy notice. Home Quote AI is not yet an approved Muse connector.
AI providers
OpenRouter is disabled in the current hosted pilot. Safety decisions use deterministic rules, never an LLM. The code supports optional provider-assisted categorization of initial descriptions; before enabling it for customer data, we will update this notice and the applicable user disclosures. The public demo never invokes it.
Retention and deletion
Request content is accessible through the API for at most 30 days from assessment creation. It is removed earlier when you request deletion, revoke access through your agent or tell us that it is no longer needed. The agent must relay those instructions to our deletion endpoint. Expired requests are blocked immediately by the API and a recurring process removes their database content. Deletion removes the assessment, contact details, lead, offers and related activity records.
For 90 days after deletion, we keep a limited receipt containing request identifiers, the submitting agent identifier, recipient contractor identifiers and deletion time, without your name, contact details or request text. This supports recipient deletion notices and prevents deleted content being republished during database recovery. Hosting backups and operational logs are restricted to operations staff and subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings; they are not available through the service API. Before restoring a backup to service, the operator must reapply deletions and expiration.
Your requests and recipient copies
Email cliostechnologies@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and your request ID, if available. Use the email associated with your request where possible. We verify your authority with the submitting agent or contact already on file before disclosing, correcting or deleting data. Do not email an ID document or password. You can also ask your submitting agent to delete the request directly. Withdrawal cannot undo disclosures already made; we provide deletion notices to affected contractors and follow up on copies they received. We cannot claim that an independent recipient’s copy has been deleted until they confirm it.
Support correspondence is used to resolve your inquiry. We review it when the inquiry closes and remove content no longer needed, except records needed for applicable legal obligations or unresolved disputes. Rights available to you can depend on where you live; contact us to exercise them or raise a concern.
Security and technical records
We use HTTPS, scoped API access, short-lived tokens and hashed client secrets. Application logs exclude request bodies and authorization headers; technical request metadata can include IP address, route, time and status. No system guarantees absolute security. The pilot is intended for adults requesting United States services and is not directed to children.
Updates
We publish changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to data use will be disclosed before the changed feature is offered.
